Rick Carton concentrates on blending color and using his imagination in his paintings. He wants to expand into design in the future. His works have been featured as the promotional pieces for three Pyramid Player mainstage productions, Man of La Mancha, Turn of the Dial, and Blue Moon. His best known works are realistic landscapes including “Brooklyn Bridge,” a New England “Lighthouse,” “Gazebo at Lake Ella,” and “Landscape at Sunset.” His characteristic brushwork is immediately recognizable for its subtlety and free movement.
